Server issues
Some of you no doubt noticed the server problems we were having overnight. We have recently switched to a brand new server, which gives us a much broader scope for our web activities and enables us to support far more visitors to FXhome.com. Unfortunately, the switch-over to the new server has not gone quite as smoothly as we had hoped. Malone is working hard to fix the teething problems, so everything should be back to normal and stable soon. Thanks for your patience!

Beta testing commences
In better news, beta testing for Chromanator began earlier in the week and has so far been very successful. Our hard-working beta testers are doing a fantastic job, helping to improve the programs and get them up to the level we all expect.

With the beta period progressing as planned, we really are on the home stretch at last. Chromanator is getting closer - in fact, we'll be putting up brand new screenshots and some never-before-seen video footage in a few days, so keep an eye on the news page!

you said that the beta testing was going as expected, which leads me to belive that you have some kind of estimated schedule. so about how long does beta testing take, and what's after that? if you could give us even a vague idea of when chromanator will be out other than "soon" i think you could develop a cult following.

The problem with programming is that it doesn't take x amount of time. It takes however long it takes until it works. Thats why most software projects are pushed back because any date is just a guess.

Well, I'm not sure if I'm really supposed to say this, but they can slap me if I'm not supposed to biggrin . Beta testing has gone great so far, I'm really impressed with the ease of use and stability of the program. You guys will absolutley love it. Look for a full update within the next couple days... razz
