Ok blaine... you don't need to post details on every trailer you find on http://www.apple.com/trailers/ biggrin

Yeah, seriously. Its pretty obvious that you are posting these just to get force. Think about it. How hard is it for someone to go to www.apple.com/trailers/? Not very hard. Just because you can find something doesnt mean you have to post about it. I'm sure most of us will see the things you post in good time. smile

I've allways wondered - if CSB were to go back in time and create the forums without force or ratings, how many less posts would there be biggrin

Ok - firstly, Bowie was 'mocking' you biggrin

And it is pretty damn obvious to tell when someone is being helpful/funny or just desperately trying to get some force.
The majority of us will probably either have allready seen it or won't care (too much) This may sound harsh but I'm afraid it's true.

Anyway, lesson learned? biggrin

also - do you know how to use the quote function biggrin

Just watched that video.

Looks to me like a crappy live-action remake of The Iron Giant... but there are a ton of giants... and flying things... and their evil... but otherwise, it looks a lot like it, except from the view of a person against the giants.. .not a kid on thier side. But yeah... looks like crap to me.

Are you guys asleep? Did you not see the Sky Capt trailer?

It is excellent on so many levels.

It has an off beat style, mimicing alot of early film making... Like before sound even.
It appears to be old but it is new. I really hope the color grading was not just for the trailer!

Reguardless of what you think or say. It looks like a fun visual treat! I can't wait to see it.

Yes we did...and we are upset that we saw it.

The grading is interesting...but it will get annoying if the whole movie is like that (for a 2 minute trailer, it was already annoying by the end).

The concept of it kind of happening in the past with futuristic stuff is nice...but the rest is just poor filmmaking (at least, what the trailer shows...the movie may still be good)

it looks alright, i dont really see whats so great about it tho. all of the actors on the trailers "one liners" or just lines when they speak at all sounded weird. a little cheesy kinda... i dont know how to really explain what i mean by this. help me out if any1 does.. or u could just point n' laugh at me and tell me im stupid. thats always an option

It's a throwback to old science fiction films. It's supposed to be cheesy. I'm impressed.

I'm personally rather interested, thanks for the link. From the looks of the plane and fashion, seems to be set in the 1940s. I enjoy WWII and having an enemy in WWII other than Nazi Germany seems nice (the alien robots). Sort of like those alternate-ending "what-if" books.
