Ok, so I got a new computer, and I am now transfering all my files to it (through burning CDs unfortunately). I got my username and code resent since I forgot, but it absolutely will not work when I try it! I've put it in EXACTLY as shown, over and over, trying new methods (without hyphens, all lower case, all upper case, etc etc etc), but each time it just won't register. What's the deal? Do I need to be connected to the internet when I do this because I don't have a connection on my new PC yet.

well, yeah, obviously you need to be connected to the internet, and then the key resender sends ur serial to your email address...

EDIT: upon re-reading your post, i get what you mean now - make sure you are using the serial for the program, and not the magic code - the magic code is for the website, so that you can access the plugins etc, and the serial for the program is what you enter into the serial box to take it out of demo mode...

The code with hyphens is the site magic code I think, its not the program serial for sure.
