I need more air/space explosion variations

I was wondering if someone could create a handful of air and/or space explosions of high quality, but not too big where it exits the quad? I am creating a space battle in 3D Studio Max, and I need some additional air/space explosions (yes, I got the ones that are posted, but I need more variations). There are plenty of ground-type explosions, but not enough space ones. Basically, they don't need to be too spectacular looking since they're primarily ships exploding, or other things (like bombs hitting a space station hull, etc). If possible, it'd be great to make them very Star Wars-esque (colorful, space-like), but just regular air explosions will do as well. Could anyone here help me out?

I'll see what I can do...
Ok, Watch this... (I cut it a bit early so don't worry about the sudden end)
and tell me what you want added/removed/more off etc and we'll see if we can get a good plugin
(It's DivX Encoded, so let me know if you don't have DivX)http://static.zed.cbc.ca/users/t/TAP2/files/EXPLOSION.avi

Hmm, do you have ParticleIllusion TAP2? That looks like one of their explosions.

Yep, but I never submit any plugin straight off PI... It's actually a combination of about 5 effects, which I've fully customised myself.
Billy3D is the PI effect stealer

TAP2 you naughty boy
Dont want to accuse you of anything, but ..
1) you say you are saving up for ALAMDV
2) You are on an anti piracy thread elsewhere on this board..
3).. ALAMDV2 (Download Only) $89.43
4)..particleIllusion 3.0 for Windows (download-only; no CD) $389 (US)

Hmm, I see you think you're on too something
HOWEVER, I never use PI in my films, because It doesn't support field rendering, which is why I'm saving up for AlamDV3

Sorry about the late reply, I had prior engagements
But anyway, I couldn't view the explosion because I don't have a DivX encoder. I use Matrox for AlamDV, and just a regular DV Encoder (that's what they call it) for other things since Alam doesn't support that.

Well I can't upload DV or Uncompressed as it's 7mb.

TAP, that's a nice explosion. Do you think you could possibly make a couple variations and turn them into plugins? For example, one variation could be a quick but strong blast that disappears pretty quick, while another could be a longer explosion, etc. All I really need is multiple explosions since, in a space battle, you don't want the audience to notice that the same explosion (or couple of) is being used over and over.
