Ordering problems with chromanator

Every time my parents enter there credit info it says its not accepted or w/e, anyone else have this problem, anyone know how to fix it? Thanx

There are no problems with the system as far as we can tell, make sure your credit card is one of the types supported (they are listed at the bottom of the netbanx page) and make sure everything is written the same as it is on the card.

If it says "MR JOE BLOGGS" on the card don't type in "joe bloggs" or "mr joe bloggs" - make sure you type it exactly as it is written on the card.

Also some credit card companies have started doing random checks on abnormal transactions - if you hardly ever buy online then suddenly try they might put a block on the card until you call them. Give them a call and see what they say if my other advice hasn't helped.

But for some reason my card doesnt have like a switch date.

If you dont have a start date on your card then don't alter that field. The same with the issue number field.

Also make sure you are entering the address details that the bank has on record. Is your house number really 10 digits long?
