Hi, ive only had alam dv2 for a little while, and ive downloaded a lot of plugins. now i just downloaded 17 at a time and put them in the right folder. mostly they were lightsword plugins. now, some of them will work, but most won't. I can't even get the standard sabers to work. I need help. This will completely stop production of the short movie i am making. PLEASE HELP! Thanks a lot in advance.....

Help us out a bit:

Explain what type of problems and/or errors you are getting when trying to use the plugins that do not work.

Well, first off, the first time i downloaded plugins, i downloaded a lot... like 20 or so... They all worked just fine. When i tryed to run alam after i installed this last batch, it said error (i can't remember exactly but something like...) 0/I or something.... Im not sure of the exact message. Then i tried to use the plugins and another error came up and alam froze and shut down. thanks

Do you get a script error when you try to install them, or when you try to use them in a project?

Reading you rprevious posts, it looks like they are installed, so here's what I would suggest. Remove all of the plug-ins, then try installing them 3 at a time. After you install 3, try them out. If they work OK, then try another 3. This should help you to narrow it down to which plug-in is causing a problem.

If none of them work, try re-installing AlamDV, then repeating the above procedure.

I just tryed moving them to a new folder... I only put the standard sabers back in. now, when i start alam, it says you have deleted 24 plugins and it lets me quit or install. I click install, the message goes away and alam is there but nothing happens... I can't open a project, make a new one, nothing!!!!! please help me, i love to work on alam now and i hate not being able to use it.

Yeah, to uninstall just move the plug-ins out of the plug-ins folder to another folder or your desktop or whatever. Sounds like you did it right.

Now when AlamDV starts, you cannot access any of the menus or anything?

If you re-install AlamDV, you will have to re-install all of the plug-ins, but your projects should open up just fine.
