I was just fooling around with a lightsaber test and i exported this short clip of me being an idiot with a saber and when it was exported uncompressed with a blur of one, there are some frames (noticable ones) where there is a "hole" in the saber. Its actually more like a triangle where you can see right through the effect to the blue rod of the real toy saber. Any ideas on how to fix this?

try exporting a small bit without the blur. See if the problem still occurs, and compare the quality.

I had this problem once. It seems to do it when you have part of the quad outside of the frame. Only does it when you use blur though.
