The other day I thought of an idea when browsing around this forum. I noticed in a picture that wdy was wearing a shirt advertising his production company, "Fallenstar Productions." I got to thinking about the massive popularity of this site, and I wondered if people would be willing to buy FXHome shirts.

So, if CSB was to make these (and/or Alamdv, Chromanator, etc.) shirts available to buy, how many people would be willing to buy them? Obviously it would be up to the CSB guys to decide, but if a lot of people were willing, I'm sure it would be no problem (especially since it's free advertising! smile )

Let me know what you all think of this idea!

yours washed off because you made it with one of thoseiron on paper things. it is about $8 a shirt to do a pro screening at a REAL company.

I still think the idea of making fxhome tees is stupid. I might buy a fallen star tee though rolleyes

becuase if I wanted a fxhome shirt I would just make one myself. If I got one from CSB I would end up paying like $22 with shipping and mark up and all. Also I don't think I would wear a shirt like that. I wear more vintage/preppy shirts. It would have to say something kindda random like this:

I payed like $22 for this shirt and for what?

That's fine, really, but vintage/preppy shirts cost more like $60, so I wouldn't think $22 is that much.

I don't. smile Mostly I wear plain colored shirts, or event related ones. Which is sort of why I'd want an FXhome shirt.

well my shirts only started fading after one wash when I got my new washing machine. before they would last for a couple months. I would buy an FXhome shirt for $22 from the site because A) I'd love to advertise the site and B) Id love to support the site with more money.

Do you put your shirts inside-out when you wash them Waser? If not, do that. And wash them in cold water only.

People already B*TCH too much abotu how long programs are taking etc etc....

now if people say "oh give us t-shirts" wtf do you expect them to do? not sleep and weork 24/7 to A) get programs finnish and B) design a tshit that is good, find somewhere to get it printed, get it done, pick up the order set up some kind of shipping thing somewhere - update the site for an order form etc etc...

people b*itch too much now... if you want them to do this it'll take longer for everythign else as well.

So i dont think its a good idea.

Aculag - Indeed tone it down Magic wink.

Its a cool idea but fxhome truly dosent need the advertising there are over 22 pages of gold users ( Yah I saw the usergroups page because I found the secret link biggrin ) And if you havent noticed there are like 15,000 members which means word spreads really fast now I think there are like 5 new users a day.

Do you use a machine dryer? If so, don't! They destroy T's and pretty much anything that enters through the door of doom. Preserve your favourite T's by air drying them wink

If I'm bored during the week I'll do a couple designs and print outs onto some blank t-shirts. Then I'll set up a quick competition and if csb let me I'll give away the t-shirts I produce as a 'cool' prize biggrin

Should be sweet smile

I don't ever use warm water. I'm too scared of things shrinking. I had this awesome sweater that I only got to wear once before it shrunk in the wash. DAMN YOU WHIRLPOOL!!!

i would definitely buy an fxhome t-shirt. if/when you make them, have some witty slogan or saying on it. make people think, if possible.

regardless, i am more than willing to send some cash fxhome's way for a cool t-shirt.

If it did happen, the people who bought 'em would get a little t-shirt logo at the bottom and receive 25 force points! That'd be cool. And we could put that in the background of our movies for subtle advertising and as an easter egg. Yah...
