updated ChromyMac tells me the key is invalid, and I've tried having the key resent ,but I only get emails stating that it has been sent. I have reset all of AOL mail controls to let everything through. AM I THE ONLY EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM?

The mails are being sent to the aol mail server. But it must be dropping them if you are not receiving them. Unfortunatly there is nothing we can do to stop that. Do you have a different email address we could use?

This is not the first time I have had difficulties with an invalid key, previously when this happened I received a windows key, "funny it came thru". The only way I eventually received a Mac key was with a temporary webpage set-up to retrieve it.

There was a problem with invalid keys which were send as an email attachment - we no longer send as attachments. There is a weblink in the email you get and you should download the key from that (save to disk).

We'll resend you key again figone - maybe it will get to you, otherwise another email address would help so we can send you the new email.

Sorry for the problems.
