Hi guys,

I don't mean to post this problem in the forums, but I read you get your serial number for the AlamDV2 within 24 hours and it's been three days. Is this normal? I thought maybe you guys were having problems e-mailing me, so I thought I'd try here. In case you need it, here is the PayPal ID:

Transaction ID: 15H71555RW013153U

Sorry for being impatient, I really want to get started on my project. I did send an e-mail but got no reply.

Thanks,
Marc Spess

Paypal seemed to have a glitch that day, not sure what went on. Our sales admin is back from holiday tomorrow and will look in to your transaction straight away. Sorry for the problems...

Hi Schwar,

Not a problem! I didn't know you guys were on holiday. I can't help but be excited about the program, it will really help my animation!

We all take holidays at different times to try and avoid any problems but as were such a small team we all have very specific jobs. Malone is always quick to sort out any problems like this an I'm sure within 10mins of his return it'll all be sorted smile

Thanks for your understanding and sorry for the delay.

According to my records you paid with an eCheck. The paypal website says

paypal wrote:

This eCheque payment will remain 'Uncleared' until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes four working days. If you are sending an item, please do not dispatch your item until the funds have cleared into your PayPal account.
We cant process your order until your transaction has been completed. Paypal says the expected clearing date for your transaction is the 17th June. So as soon as we get confirmation on that date we will start processing your order (which should take less than 24 hours)
