An ancient evil comes to an unsuspecting sleepy southern city. C For Chaos is the first feature length project for Mutantville productions. Read more about MVP productions and the film at Mutantville.com. AlamDV plays a big role in the post process on this film.

I think this looks like it could be pretty good. There were some very nice camera angles in there too. Although, I really would've liked it if it were compressed in a little higher quality, because I couldn't understand what anyone was saying, and the quality was just ugly. And you probably could've gotten away with a couple more megabytes. Good job.

Thanks for your comments. I'll look at creating a higher quality version to replace the current one.

I really liked your camera angles and camera motion. At first I was thinking to myself that you need to get some kind of camera stablizer, but I thought it gave it a good feel.
As was pointed out audio was bad and I couldn't understand what was being said. Also one that I didn't really like was the fade out to the letters someone say what the letters said, and then fade back in. I think it would have been better if it wasn't a fade into a black screen with white letters on it. I think it'd better if you did something like the Spider-Man 2 preview, where it goes to the text, but its not just black, it has something going on in the background. I dunno thats just me.

I'm going to wait to rate until there is a better version online.

Oh, sure. It's okay to suggest it to him, but when I put something from the Spiderman 2 trailer in my movie everybody goes berserk! Na, just kidding. This was pretty good. It still could use some work, and the quality wasn't that good. Perhaps you should try a different codec. Just an idea. Hoping to see more.

Well, I didn't understand this at all, but I liked it pretty well. For a trailer, though, I think it takes too long to get to the point.

By the way, what music did you use?

Big Trouble in little china smile

A little too long for a trailer. sad I think the pace coud have been faster and that you wanted to show your best scenes.

Still very good and i'll be first in the que to watch it smile

I agree it does take a little too long to unwind. This was created for a Comic Convention booth we were at so we need something a little longer than the standard length. The music was an original composition by one of team members, as yet untitled.

Oh, that's right, you don't have anything posted. Kindly put up or shut up. In other words, I'd love to see you do better.

Thanks Lloyd66,

Hopefully we'll have space for a score only track on the dvd.

i'll be honest - and no pun intended here - but the trailer was a bit chaotic for me. couldn't really grasp what it was about - you may want to sort out your audio levels as the music drowned out the dialogue (with the exception of the narration).

some nice use of fx though.

just noticed at the end with the credits there's a DTS logo. is that a white lie? biggrin

LOL. No that would be an outright lie. But the final will be in DTS
