This is a promotional video for Redhawk Productions, just as the name says smile. I edited it together with a bunch of clips from my films, and I think it got quite good.

Hope you like it.

It looked pretty good. Although, some of your effects, mainly the explosions, weren't quite placed correctly and jittered around when the camera moved. Still a some pretty decent clips. I dont know if its just me but I don't like the bullet casing effects in AlamDV unless they are used from a distance but close up shots like that handgun, the bullet casings don't look right. Looks pretty good.

well, actually, both of the shots youre speaking of were shot about 2 years ago, in the beggining of AlamDV2. that why some effects might look kinda crappy.

Not bad. I agree, the bullet casings look bad, as does the bullet. But the effects don't look bad because it was the beginning of Alamdv, it's because you weren't as skilled back then.

The only other gripe I can come up with is that everything looked too generic, home movie style. Alot of the shots were of people in a house, which didn't look too good in my opinion. However, I happened to like the text effects, as well as the fight with the floating lightsaber. smile The editing on this was good too.

3 stars.

I already said to you want I think about this, and as Lloyd said, you can't blame AlamDV2 couse you used it 2 years ago, your skills wasn't as good back then.

What you should do is something more original, people are getting sick of that song that everybody use, and Shine is currently the most overused plugin for titles.

The bullet can look good, as you've seen in "the test" by sollthar. So also there is a lack of skills, you should plan your shots more carefully next time. and that bulletcasting plugin dosen't look to good, you can do better then that, you posted some muzzleflash test once right? that looked way better.

I like your clone fighting, and you fighting against a stick.
As this is some kind of demoreel or promotinal video what you should do is to show how great you are, so you shouldn't really put stuff you aren't happy with in it.

As this test mostly shows your use of alamdv plugins, and you didn't use them to good, im giving it a 2.

Edit: oh yeah, stop voting on your own stuff, it'll just make the voting unfair.

There is only one thing, you voted 4 for your own movie when nobody else did! Then the rate is actually wrong! The movie would not get 3 if you didn't vote! So please stop doing that in the future! smile

I really don't think that you should come and say that he shouldn't rate his movies (high), because you have also done it alot of times and so have I, so the best thing is just to admit your mistake and don't do it next time.

Yeah, you think that, but maybe some other people don't think that!

And Jonne, I have stopped that a long time before! Since Clone War 2!

tra, you're a good person and all, but you purposefully adding exclamation marks to the end of EVERY sentence (even questionary ones) is the most freakin' annoying thing I've even seen in my entire life, so for the eleventeenth time....PLEEEEEEEASE STOP ADDING EXCLAMATION MARKS UNECESSARILY!!!!!!!!!!!!
