The first movie in this isn't great. What's odd is the way you decided to split it into two anyway. You should have applied the same editing skills & photography to the first part as you did the second, & removed the "Britney Spears - Toxic" script from the music sequence, because it would play nicely as just part of the film. You have some ok shots in the first one but it's let down by editing, especially in fight scenes, & the colour.

The video with the Toxic track is great, with nice colours, some nice photography & editing. I enjoyed it immensely, especially the 'boxing' scene, which had some nice colours & some cool editing, including fast motion. I liked the way she appeared on the other side of the punch bag. The performance of the actress was reallly good in this too, & I liked her intermixing of sensual yet very dangerous interplay with her husband.

To sum up, first half wasn't great (oh, & the story is too like Kill Bill) but the second part made up for it.

4 from me, if the rest had been better I may have given it a 5.

We filmed it for a music video contest, That was the best song compared to the other stuff on the list. We filmed it in four days and i edited it in one.
I'm happy with the final product, sorry alot of you werent. Im used to filming either backyard wrestling, stunts, or pranks, this was our first real attempt at filming somthing movie-ish.
If anyone cares to see the stunts or pranks i spoke of, check our website.

Any other pointers on how i can improve my future stuff?

Doin a music video is quite an achivement. I liked the punch bag stuff and the walking round the guy on the chair in a kind of sexy/ dangerous way was cool. And the split screen was great i loved the way you used it.

I agree to some extent with the comments about the way its split in two and the colour. I think you could edit it together tighter just for the duration of the song maybe? So its not two styles together. but again its just my opinion. I'll definatly check out some other stuff you've done and I look forward to seeing some more of your work!

im glad ya liked it cmb, the reason it was spilt into 2 individual videos was because we filmed most of the toxic part, then while we were nearly done we all started arguing why she was killing them, and decided to film that intro video to explain it a little further, the toxic video was meant to stand on its own, we just decided to film the intro for more backstory, I agree that i should have made a better transition between the two, but we were comming up on the final deadline for the contest. So I just went with the small pause between them

Thanks for showing intrest and i hope you enjoy our future stuff

Good things about this movie/music video:

Hot chick.
Hot chick with wet clothes.
Hot chick with gun.
Hot chick beating the crap out of everyone.
Hot chick giving lap dance.

Bad things about this movie/music video:

Plot?
Guy to hot girl ratio was too high.
It didn't make much sense.
Husband? She's married? She looks about 17.
Fight scenes were a bit weak.

actually she is 21, and she is married to the guy she gave the lapdance to

The storyline was hinted at, basically

-Mobster leader guy puts a hit out on his wife

-The people that tried to kill her were friends of the family (as seen in the proposal flashback)

-They failed killing her, she went back and killed them after finding out her husband put the hit out on her

Its basic, but i was happy with the outcome

Now could you explain why there was a music video in there?

Because this video was filmed for a music video contest, It had a set list of songs, and we decided to use toxic, we just added the intro cause we felt it needed a lil backstory
