It's about time we saw something new, instead of the same old "All your base" and "Matrix pingpong" that people get off ebaum's world.

Transformers are ROBOTS. In disguise. They can't be gay.

Are you saying that people who breakdance are gay?

Ok, PLEASE dont get me started on this topic. Oh well, you have allready made me.

It's your opinion and I respect that, but the fact of the matter is that it really is just a lifestyle/taste. Sure, I'm not gay, but I do know several if not many gays having worked in theatre, and just experience in life.

The other day at school, somebody told me that they had seen "so and so" the other day at a store, along with her two moms. Now, I didn't laugh, but the other people in the group laughed. I was VERY tempted to punch all of them in the face, but i didnt. It seems that people for the most part think gays are bad people, and are "creepy"..etc. Well they arent, in fact, they are very nice for the most part. I bet you know somebody who is gay, either you know it or you dont, so watch who you say that too.

If you are "Afraid of Gays" I must say you are stupid.

It also seems as if the words "gay" and "lesbian" or even "homosexual" are becoming insults more than they are terms. Infact, as I write this post, every time i write gay (or w/e) it makes me cringe. NOT because i don't like them, just because it appears to be an insult which it shouldnt be.

Please, tell me why you "are afraid of gays" because I would like to know. If it's because you think, "Oh, all the gay guys are going to come wanna have sex with me" then SHUT UP! That is the stupidest thing I have heard, and I have heard it many a time, and you need to shut up smile

Once again, you have the right to your own opinion, and this post is not nessesarily to change your opinion, but please, think twice before saying that. At least I think that is terribly rude and uncalled for. And as Atom said earlier, did you mean that as an insult?

Here we go, arguing again... That topic was still about the topic. We were still arguing about IT, where as this topic, we are arguing about something completely different.

Just wondering, but why did you earlier say:

And now, you're asking why you got rated down. Does that have to do with the topic?

Fine, those transformers called me up last night and asked me why i got rated down on that one post. They said that I was merely trying to get the topic back on track, and they also said that by writing that response, you also brought it more off topic.

Thats what those TRANSFORMERS told me. Or something.

Why are we talking about this?

I just read Andrew's post and I couldn't agree more...
Homophobics are pathetic, the majority of gay couples are actually incredibly nice, interesting people.

It's not their fault they're gay, it's how they were born. Hating them is like racism - it's pathetic, immature and pointless. I can't believe how many ignorant people there are in this world!

Isn't it very sad that the word 'GAY,' has become the most popular school-boy insult of this generation!

Off topic my arse.

Andrew was right to point out not only how stupid that view is, but even stupider still, posting it in a public forum.

Nobody would complain that the thread had gone 'off topic' if someone had said "I'm afraid of black men" or "I hate jews" and then someone else posted back telling them to get lost.

LOL, aaron, your cool and all but what u said (and ryans comment) had some ignorance behind it. I just get irritated when i see people hate on a specific group of people when it comes to race, gender or sexuality. Ya gotta remember, the writer of X3i is gay. So does that mean that your afraid to talk to him or watch the show??

Ha!

This reflects on the amazing abilities of the transformers. A simple movie of these breakdancing robots has led to a discussion of tolerance.

If this movie were two minutes longer, we might eradicate racism.
