I just made my first plugin, installed it, then started up AlamDV2. I found out that I got the plugin backwards because when it was in Photoshop, it had a white background. So I closed AlamDV2, deleted plugin I made from where it was (C:\Program Files\AlamDV2\plugins\Weapons), then remade it with a black background, made it into a plugin, installed it, then ran AlamDV2. It says,"Your plugins have changed, you have deleted 1 effects." So I click OK, then another pop-up comes up and says:

/!\ Property list expected for handler

#getProp

Script Error, Continue? |YES| |NO|

If I click |NO|, is closes Alam. If I click |YES|, Alam open like normal, but when I click on file to work on something, It says," You can't open, save or close a project while the Animation Timeline is visible. Move back to the Object Timeline and try again."

Can somebody please help me??? tard

It sounds like the plugin database got corrupted. If you reinstall it should fix itself.

Tarn,

Will this problem be done away with for the most part in AlamDV3?

As now it seems alot of the ways of fixing things is to reinstall, and when you do that you lose your plugins (yes, you can back them up)and you have to install them all again, and if you have lots like lots of people, this could pose a problem. Kinda

Yeah, AlamDV3 won't have this problem at all.

I just uninstalled, then reinstalled Alam so it's working fine now. I lost all my plugins out of Alam, but the good thing is that I never deleted the zips from when I dnlded them, I just have to install them. biggrin Thanks!
