i import a jpeg picture into chromonator. when i pull it down onto the timeline its a single frame, and i cant stretch it

If you open up Chromanator and look in the bottom left, just above "Track 8", there are four icons. One of these icons is the speed tool, selecting this, then clicking and dragging on your single frame (when its in the timeline) will make the jpeg stretch to whatever size you need. This and many other things you need are all in the manual. Might be worth a read smile

yeah thanks i should read the manual, but i prefer video tutorials or being shown or told.
i have trouble reading but yeah i will give it another shot
