The 64-bit version of windows will be able to run all of the 32-bit programs from other windows versions. It will just be able to run the 64-bit programs in addition to everything else. So yes, alam will work with a 64-bit processor and os.

But I heard that in the future they will stop making 64-bit OS versions that can run 32 bit programs, is that true? Cuz if it is you'll have to make a new version of the programs or something. Will AlamDV3 be 32- or 64bit?

It will be a very long time until 64bit really starts to make an impact on the PC market. 32bit machines will still outsell 64bit for the next year or two and even then 32bit support won't be dropped for a long time after that.

Just out of curiosity, what 64-bit applications are out there?
