If I remeber correctly, you need 32-bit, and to acchieve this, you need to right-click on the desktop of Windows, choose propertys, then the "settings" tab, and find where it says 24-bit color, and switch it to 32. That's if your computer can use 32-bit color. If it's any good, it should have that function. Most PCs do now-a-days. smile

To add to CoolKabe's post... If the option for 32-bit is not there (24-bit is sill not too good... AlamDV is most stable in 32) then you'd need a new video card that supports it.

You can sometimes get the 32-bit option to appear by making sure you have the latest drivers for your video card or by dropping your resolution a bit.

Your operating system will make no difference to the available resolutions. If you've tried the things we've suggested and it still doesnt work then its time to upgrade smile

Read CoolKabes post at the top of this page. The resolution option is right next to the color depth one

Buy a PC magazine or two and read up on a few reviews. If you want to play the latest games you might have to upgrade the rest of your system too.
