Which Alamdv plugin most suitable for a simple hand gun shot?

Really any of these will work well.

Obviously, you don't want to use the lazer ones of course, but the more realistic ones look very nice. biggrin

Overlay the effect on top of teh front of your gun, and add maybe a smoke effect behind it to add that extra "kick" of power. razz

And add an Alam DV1 Lightbulb, an orange one, behind it and give it a small glow.

For smoke use "breath vapor".

Hi guys thanks a lot for your help.But a question that keeps hanging up is this. How much frames does a gunshot takes, that is on how many frames should the effect lasts. 1, 2, 3? I am a bit confused.

i usualy put the muzzle flash over two frames and the smoke on the second frame of the flash, same with the casing .
