My AlarmDV only allows me to use 25 seconds of video when trying to create special effects. Meaning I have a video that may be one minute long. When I import the video and scroll to the end of the video it stops me from going past 25 seconds. I have reinstalled AlarmDV several times but cannot seem to figure out why this is still happening. Please help, Thank you Eric

hmmm.... well first, get the name right. ALAM. not alarm. I don't know about your problem though. most clips shouldn't be longer than that anyways.

I was just asking a question evman101. There is no reason to be condescending. I made a typo, it's 1:30am and I'm exhausted. I was able to add effects on AlamDV longer than 25 seconds before. Hmmm. I hope I spelled everything right for you.

Actually I had a problem like this before, and I got around it by exporting my movie in uncompressed format. Check your codec settings, and try to export it in Uncompressed AVI.

sorry, trying to correct a common mistake. thought you were new to the program.

I thought this because you made the "typo" everytime you said the name of the program. just making sure CSB doesn't get advertised with the wrong name is all.
