Exporting as uncompressed or using a DV codec are your best bets. Other codecs tend to be designed for high compression, which is great for internet distribution, but not so great for retaining full quality.

Just be sure you have enough space of your hard drive, uncompressed files can get pretty big.

I always use microsoft video 1, when I select uncompressed its only the plugins that look good, the background, I think it's less pictures a second or something.... I'm not an expert mad
