Hey I know of you buy Chromanator you only get one license to put it on one computer, but say I got a G5 and I need to transfer my copy of Chromanator to the G5 as opposed to my Dell Inspiron. Could this be done? I know some of you will say its just like buying software at a software store- you buy the Windows version, you get the Windows version. It won't work on a Mac. But then I would say that this would be like exchanging my Windows software for the Mac version. Help is appreciated. And if this is not possible, I would recommend CSB make it this pheasible for those of us who may get new comps throughout our use of Chromanator. And yes, I know I don't own Chrtomanator......yet.

You cannot change from one platform to another (eg, Windows to Mac), but you can move from one Windows/Mac machine to another. But you must make sure you uninstall Chromanator from the first machine before you install it on the next one.

Oh that sucks. Yeah cause I want to get Chromy, but in the event that I get a G5 I would want it on that. Ah well, I guess if I got a G5 I could afford to pay another 100 bucks. I know this is to prevent people getting it illegally, but thats kinda inconvenient. Oh well. sad Life's tough all over.

hey, atleast you've got your llama to play with wink

Klut's right. In your situation it sounds like the best thing to do is wait unless you can make a certain decision now.

But therein lies the conundrum. I've wanted Chromanator for a while now, since before it came out, and I have the opportunity to get it now, not later. So sould I just buy two copies in support of CSB?
