Hi
I finally got an avi from my Pinnacle studio 9 into Alam DV2 and tried out the editing.

I am not able to use the Full stretch effect on making light sabers and have to always go back to the Special effects box and light saber feature each time after placing a light saber on every single frame. Am I doing things right here?

I followed the users manual and things just don't seem to be working correctly? I also have to press apply feature after each light saber placement in each frame, then I have to click on the next frame and reopen the special effects feature and go to light saber each time. There must be an easier way to do this?

Thanks
Luna

Also check out the video tutorials:

Try moving the out point of the effect with the right mouse button, then extending the span with the left.

As stated in the thread that Klinn linked to, AlamDV3 will have a much more intuitive and powerful timeline.

Thanks again for your help. I am so illiterate when it comes to learning new programs. I am determined to master Alam DV!

Thanks again Luna
