I downloaded the demo for Chromanator and wanted a bluescreen, but i dont have one. As impatient as i am, i wanted to film right then, so i found an old blue sleeping bag, taped it to the wall with duct tape, and voila! We have a bluescreen. I never realy expected it to work, cause of all the wrinkles and my bad lighting, but it did, All i needed was some better lighting to improve, but other than that it was perfect!

Here's some pictures of before and after

Yes, Chromanator=power. Power=life. Chromanator=life (?) Yeah, Chromy rules at keying. But I really want to be able to animate 2 objects at once, and save an image to an alpha, and a movie to an alpha. But its still pwns.

I gave it a try and I got a key a tad better than yours.

I did a small bit of Hue-Shift grading, Color Diffrence Key, and Spill Supression.

Chromanator is just one of those programs you gotta learn technique in. The tutorials work for basics, but if you are going to really get a good key, you have to just test out things...etc.

The only real trouble spot is between your fingers on the right hand in the picture. It was motion blurred, and the quality was a bit poor causing it to look bad. But if this was in motion, it would have come out pretty well..considering the bluescreen.

I am amazed that even Chromanator keyed a sleeping bag out of a picture, thats quiet amazing.

I am still amazed that Chromy can key out a wrinkled sleeping bag!

That is awsome, the program is so cheap, and Chromy isn't on it's "super-duper" version! Wow!
