Yay, this used to be on my top 10 way back when, one of the first movies I ever saw on here and was one of the ones that got me to buy Alam. Thanks to me for requesting to put it back up and hosting it.
4/5 because it's not a real movie. I love this movie. The new one is cool too.

The old one is cool, but the new one is awesome!
I really have to love your use of effects and just the way you film.
This was very entertaining and I just love the flow of it.
4/5, not 5/5 simply because its a promo.
I really look forward to watching some of your upcoming flicks.

I remember the old one on there a while ago. I first saw AOTS, then this, and this sold me. Your movie was the reason I got Alam. Cool Stuff. Nice Editing. Cool stunts and some good angles that make it good. 5/5, and I tried to get atom to vote it a five, since that's OUR gold membership, but he voted before I could get to his computer to override it. Sorry. So if this hits, like, number 2 on the top ten or something, imagine it as number 1.
Aaron, I can host K-Text as well as a secondary download, perhaps.

Sorry I've been out of the FXHome loop, as graduate school destroys my time.
Just wanted to say that as I'm eating some McDonalds Chicken Stips during my lunch hour, I watched your work. As always, your stunts are strong, the sfx are solid (including your 3D bullets), and your sense of timing is excellent (especially the usage of music with your quick cuts and usage of slow-mos)
If there was anything bad to say, I'd say that would would have to do with the scene where someone was shooting a gun in a black "nijna" suit. (Forgive to my users if this is a inaccurate statement). My issue was that his reaction to the gun recoil looked a bit awkward. Watching films, usually the wrist recoil is slight (but apparent), or the whole arm (from the elbow down) recoils. In that scene, it appeared that his wrist recoiled a bit quickly with a large range of motion.
I realize this might be absolutely wrong or you could have done some editing to make me percieve this incorrectly. And it does NOT take away from the overall promo. Just figured it would be something for you to analyze and use for your next project.
5 out of 5 from me, Aaron

few things A-dawg
What program did you use to do the slomo?
What the hell was up with that midair 540 pistol shooting? it was hilarious.
Were all those just tests, or were they actually movies?
The end credits had you TWICE, you Egomaniac.
Also, that scene of you with the teddybear freaked me out. Were you possessed earlier in life?

First off i used AE morph program, called re-flex
the midair 540 spin shoot, was my first movie i did with alamdv2, some people remember it as "pay back" it was dumb,i was young
these are both, test, and actuall movie footage.
the end credits do not say my name twice, i dont know what your talking about. i see my name once, mabey our getting me mixed up with my cousin, justin sorensen.
hope that helps you understand

This was ok I guess If you just wanted to have fun. Try coming up with a set screenplay or something but not seriously good enough to be for one of your last films. good work.

i know i am a little late posting here. but how did you do that shine effect? was that with alam or another program? in the new trailer. i thought that there was a big difference in the amount of experience between the first and the second. i liked ur slow motion too.

Are you speaking of the effect on the text, or the effect at the end, when the kid's jumping out of the explosion; because I'm guessing he used FCP plugins for those effects.

Um i use Cinema 4d for my bullets, it is not a 3d plane picture or anything. its really 3D! AMAZING!
ya but i really do use Cinema 4d its great, but i would learn Blender, its nice and free, and very powerful.
