Superb! I really, really enjoyed this one. Glad you didn't put any details into the description, as that makes the opening exceedingly funny. Great little scenes - loved the 'connected ecosystem' bit and Onion's general ineptitude. Really good performance too - it was genuinely funny, with some very good timing. The use of off-screen Ewok noises was also extremely gigglesome.
Looking forward to part two!

Haha, that was really funny. All the parts with the "lightsaber" were really great. The only thing I didn't like was a couple of cuts looked kind of awkward, but the rest was really great. 5/5 from me.

I realy thought the sound was great
Did you have a microphone or something, most cameras suck at recording sound , and you were whispering. Other than that, i found it realy good, and funny too 5/5

Thanks for the feedback!
As for the sound, we used a Sony minidisc recorder in the Actors pocket and a lapel mic tucked into his shirt.
I will try to recompress it, into a smaller file to see if that helps the people having trouble viewing it.
We are currently editing the second episode, and this feedback has given us added insentive to try to make it better!

I'm Steve Onion, glad you like the first episode.
All the feedback is really great mates, glad that we can amuse so many with so little.
In latin i would say "Thanki, no hang on, Thankium, Thunkius, nah, you better cut that bit mate" - BEEP.
Thanks one and all, just be prepared for more episodes of ME, and my travelling escapades around the universe.
Signatures upon request.

I must see this!!!! I love Steve Irwin, don't mind peopl parodizing him, I am one of few who are a fan of his. I used to love snakes and gators, used to catch 'em, and wanted to be like him, only just herpetologist and none of those other wimpy animals. But still a host. I have his autograph and everything, I saw his movie 7 and a half times, once before it came out too. Can someone put this up as a mov or avi, anything but wmv.

what model minidisc recorder did you use?

The minidisc recorder is a Sony MD Walkman MZ-R700.
I'm trying to create a Quicktime version at the moment, but am having trouble getting the file size down and keeping quality resonable. Any sugestions here welcome!
And just to clarify, I'm the guy "behind" the camera and the user who signed on as "Steve Onion" is the guy "in front" of the camera.

That was brilliant. Perfect addaptation. "That over there, that's a tree" That was classic. The fx weren't the best, but it was too hilarious to really care.

AMAZING! I think this will without a doubt become an instant classic on fxhome! the topic was great. I loved the part where he's pushing on the tree and you hear "Ding Dong!" "uh-oh mate, we betta get outta here."
I will put this on my top ten for sure!
