Remember in the first Mission Impossible movie, where Ethan Hunt was dangling in the high security vault while his team was tracking the movements of the CIA offical?

Basically, it was a display of a digital blueprint of the facilty with a bleeping dot showing the position of a targeted person.

Can someone make a plugin like that? That would be cool!

you just take a blueprint of whatever you want, a still, and animate a flashing AlamDV lightbulb on it, reduce transparancy and add trasparancy.
Al least thats what i would do.
