I didn't notice it posted on here or addressed in the FAQ's so sorry if I just missed it somewhere. I am running windows XP and Chromanator with Dual Monitors and everytime it starts up it complains that I am using a non standard monitor size and resets itself to default, Even when I pick monitor sizes that should easily fit on one of my screens. Is there a workaround for this or is this a potential future change? Its not too big of an issue but it would be nice to be able to use chrominator a little bigger.
thanks for any info.

I'm also running a Dual monitor setup, but don't seem to have any problems, I have one monitor with 1280x960 (primary), and a smaller monitor running 1024x768 next to it. Chromanator is never going to wrap onto both monitors if thats what you mean. But if its not filling your primary monitor may I ask what resolution you are running, also what operating system you have??

Running windows XP service pack 2. I have both my monitors set to 1280 by 1024. anytime I start it up it (even when I try to set it to a resolution that is smaller then my screen) it resets itself to 1024 by 768 using a bit less then 2/3rd of my screen. I am not expecting it to wrap both (but it would be sweet
) but is there anyways I can get it to ignore then autodetect and get it a bit bigger?

I've just changed my screen resolutions to be the same as yours, Chromanator opened full screen just fine. Hmm... Assuming you're running ther latest version 1.0.6?? You can change the resolution in the Edit > Preferences section. The top down drop down menu has, "Resolution Settings". I've got mine set to "Full Screen", but perhaps if its not working for you, change it to 1280x1024. If that still doesn't work let us know.

Yep tried both full screen and 1280 X 1024 and they both keep resetting when chrominator starts. what is odd is that when I do into the resolution settings after it gets reset it is defaulted to a setting that is not a choice 1018 X 744. Odd.

Hmm, very odd... have you tried uninstalling Chromanator, and also deleting the "Chromanator Files" folder in your My Documents folder, then reinstalling. perhaps the preference files have got messed up somewhere along the line.
NB/ Don't forget to move your key file out of the Chromanator folder before uninstalling, also moving any presents/temp files you may wish to keep from the Chromanator Files folder before deleting it.
