just a tip: once you submit a plugin to csb, it becomes their property, and you cant post it up in a public area where anyone can dload it...
Although it happens to be very cool!

Here is a quick screenshot from the first page of the plug-in upload process.
Note the legal section.
Also, if plug-in makers were to just post their own plug-ins online, it completely invalidates CSB-Digital's security/license system, as anyone could download the plug-ins whether they have paid for the program or not.

already did (pulled it off and submitted it)
Thanks for poiting that out to me
In fact I didn't even know that non owners couldn't download the plugins... makes total sense...
How about the posting of the preview video? Do you think that's inappropriate in any way? I just thought it'd be cool to have that, rather than download and install the whole plug in only to find out that it's not working for you... But I'll pull it off to if it's not allowed or whatever...
Thanks for the praise on the snow
I made it with Lightwave and actually all of the little particles ARE snowflakes that I modeled after the little preview picture

Just a thought, if you reverse the footage you could use it as bubbles as well.

I can't see that there is anything wrong with posting a video preview of the plug-in. Feel free to leave it up.

People might download the video, and composite it into footage. If the video aint' there, they'll buy alam.

Then make the preview smaller like Artbeats do.

Instead of making it smaller you could just make a preview video of the plugin in action i.e. being used over footage.

Water marks are effective and can make for good advertisement.
