Ok im going to sound stupid but I have a few questions.

1. How do you do an animated avitar.
2. How do you get that picture under your signature.

1. Use an animted .gif file. This isn't recommended though,
2. Host an image somewhere, and in your user options>forum options in your signiature area type:
"{img}imageurl{/img}"
using [ and ] instead of { and }.

you can make animated GIFs yourself with Graphic Converter, use the demo. http://www.lemkesoft.de/en/graphcon.htm .
