How do you import your media?

I go into chromanator and click new project and when i go to file : import media ....i find my media click on it to import and this bar pops for a quick second and then its back to the same background again. What do I do? I have quicktime 6.5 too. AAAAAAAAHHHH its making me crazy. Can anyone help????

The media appears in the right pane right next to where you clicked to import it. Just click on the file and drag it to the timeline.

Thanks. I'm new to chromanator. How do you set up your tools? and all that good stuff? do you think you could tell me a good overview of where things are would help me out?

Thats what the manual is for. Read that for the basics, then come back for help on little details you can't figure out.
I think you can find the manual in the help menu in chromanator.
