Super Speed, and jumpyness

When i exported a video clip it was faster than normal, and it was jumpy.

Can someone help me with this?

Did you make sure that the project settings were correct?

I would imagine that if you'd put in NTSC footage as PAL or vice-versa it would lead to a similar kind of problem to the one you're faced with.

Indeed, sounds like a framerate problem to me.
