No Plugins. Just a little rectangle. What's going on?

I need some help here and I am getting pretty frustrated. After downloading hours and hours of plugins (Not all at the same time), when I opened my project there now is a small rectangular box next to the special effects tab. I can't get into the special effects I installed.
Any reason why I get this? It has happened more than once and I have reinstalled this program maybe 30 times now.

You may have installed too many plugins, try reducing the amount in your plugins folder and restarting the program.

Are you in 32-bit color depth?

Where did you put the plugins?
Did you run the plugin loader?

Under Color Quality, it says Highest (32 bit)
As far as the plugins, I put the in the plug ins folder. I have used the program before and I really like it but I keep getting these problems like this.
What is the Plug In loader? Is this just when I pull up the program and it asks if I want to load the plug ins? If so, this does work. I also have noticed that I get I/O errors when the light sabers come up.

Go to your programs folder of AlamDV where you put your plugins, & delete some (back them up to My Documents or something first). There is a limit to the number of plugins that AlamDV can handle so if you downloaded all of them, unzipped them & placed them ALL in the plugins folders in your AlamDV folder...you're going to have problems.

So what is the limit would you say? I haven't download even half of them. I will check and see how many I have
