So, I was trying out a plugin I made (and it didn't turn out to great) but it messed up the main place where I select plugins. After that I decided to unistall it , but when that was done (I don't know if the was a reinstall button, because it's to late) I was wodering if I went back on to the ABOUT ALAMDV2
to get it again but now I don't know if I have to pay again. I don't want to make a mistake that will cost almost 100 buck! so can anybody tell me if I would have to pay again, or I could download it again free and it doesn't make a difference? redface

Because, if I uninstall it, I can re-instal it, right? I can't get AlamDV2 to run because of a problem with plugin making. So, I tried to uninstall it. The uninstall removed the program from the start menu, but the folder in My Computer is still there. I can't delete that folder or anything in it because, "Access is denied" When I try to re-install it it doesn't work either, saying that AlamDV cannot replace files in the folder or re-instlal it. When re-installing, it encourterd an error and said it couldn't finish uninstallation because, "Access is Denied"

Any know what's going on here?

The folder is still on your computer? Well, try entering the folder and try deleting as many files as you can, look for the file that is denied to access. Then tell me here, maybe I can help you.... unsure

Unfortunatly, all the files are unable to access. A lot of files were removed during the attempted uninstallation, but those that are left are the ones that are denied. I can't even rename any of the folders or files.

Thanks for the help,

Yes, I got it to work! Ok, here's what ya do. You find the plugin in the plugins folder that you tried to install. This is the one causing problems. You go into the plugin, and delete the files inside it. Go back a folder and delete those folders, go back a folder and delete thos folders, and so on and so forth until you delete the "AlamDV2" folder in your Program Files. Then you can reinstall Alam.
