This trailer was made to see if the Back To The Future time travel effects could be re-created in alam dv. And it very easily can be. This took about ten minutes to shoot, and about one and a half hours to finish it up with the special effects, video editing and sound editing. The most time consuming task was tracking the special effects to the wheels of the car frame by frame. We may possibly make this into a short film in the future.

Very cool. smile I've been waiting for someone to do a proper BttF test shot. The effects were nicely done, although a couple more shots would have been cool - maybe a tracking shot alongside the car, or from within the cockpit, while the electricity arced over it.

I should point out that the possibilities for doing BttF-style effects will be far, far greater (and easier) in AlamDV3. The new lightsword system will enable you to animate these kind of energy effects almost exactly as ILM did, back in the day.

That was pretty cool. The text on that end title should be cleaned up a bit, and perhaps the colors should be re-thought.

I liked this alot. Perhaps when you make the full movie do not limit yourself to just going back in time but anywhen. Very well done.

I liked this, except that BTTF music in the beginning came up a little loud and created bad sound noises, guess that was the only thing i thought was bad.

Your way of creating a BTTF trailer was kinda good, but it didn't make me feel like i just had to see the full movie, but I'm waiting for it to release, to see what you've done.

Good work anyway! 4/5

You know- I still have yet to see a serious movie about a guy who travels back in time to stop his milk from expiring, only to find he has started a paradox because he forgets his keys to the timemachine in the past, and therefore cannot start the timemachine to go back in the first place.

Very Cool indeed, gets a 4 from me (since it's "only" a test). Very creative use of effects, and I'm looking forward to the final movie. smile
