I want to export my movi to avi and then I see warning that your Out frame needs to be after your In fame. What does it mean and what can I do with it. It is very anoying.

The in frame is a point you set in Alam. It tells it where to start the output render. If the outut point, or the ending, was infron or before the in point, (starting point) then there would be no movie to render. You can change the points at the menu in the top bar.

In point = where the rendering begins.
Out point = where the rendering finishes.

The point is to only render the bit you need, so you don't waste time rendering unnecessary frames.
