Hey guys....my friends were just messin around outside with the toy starwars lightsabers...so I grabbed the camera and started filming...then I thought I'd get some practice with alamdv and I started putting the lightsaber effect onto my friends swords.....the only problem is there are a few spots were the swords were "whoooshed" around so fast that one frame it's there and then 3or 4 go bye and by the 5 frame..it's somewere else....so is there anyway that I can put the effect on the sword with out having to guess were the blade is?...(the camera did pick up the sword in the lil movie..cuz I wacthed it on windows movie maker)..my only idea may be would be to take the frames that alam didn't get the blade and sent it as a pick to alam...cuz it may show up then...it's just more work to do...I hope you guys are fallowing what I'm saying sry if I may be confusing you!! hehe well let me know if you guys have any good ideas! Thanks so much!

Well I guess if you cant see it during those time just take the effect apply it to where you can see it and when it you cant see it any more just skip a few frames until you can see it again. Then apply the effect to that frame. Then just make it look good on the inbetwean frames.
