I had to uninstall and reinstall Chromanator. I'm a registered user and have been using this programme for months, but as I am trying to install it after I managed to input the csbkey, I am having this messages:
Property not found
#user_preference folder

I click to continue and this appears:

property not found
#header_list

Did I do something wrong. I tried to find this problem in the faq but I could'nt.

Try uninstalling the program again, and ALSO deleting the Chromanator Files folder in My Documents. Then reinstall the program.

Hi Tarn, I tried and uninstalled the programme and also deleted the Chromanator file from My Documents, but now at the begining of the installation this message apeared:

Can not write to file
C:/programmes files\chromanator\chromanator.exe
please check your file system

What does this mean, I did some fault?

Try rebooting in-between, there might be a file still in use or something odd.
