if you mean like a editing program that can do sounds then here are some of the best (MAC) imovie, final cut pro or express hd, (PC) adobe premeire pro or elements. but if you mean just lightsaber sounds go here Dream Land Digital

I'm assuming you have an NLE, as buying Alam without an editor would be kind of pointless... pretty much any NLE will let you add sound - some have more tracks available than others.


Edit: NLE = Non-Linear Editing aka what you use to put your movie together.

you could always use Windows Movie Maker, included with Windows XP.
