Mouth movement

This may sound a little difficult but if somebody can create this would be
the place. I've been watching a lot of shorts with toys and I notice that it takes forever to make the mouths move in photoshop. I was thinking if you could create a custum mouth movement where you could control the speed and the color of the skin to fit over a (example) action figures mouth or over a person mouth.

PS - you might also be able to film a real actor, with green painted on their face around their mouth, just up to the edges of their lips. Then use a compositing package to greenscreen and g/matte out the rest of the actor's face, and place the real, moving lips over the toy etc. If you want more info, just post, and I'll write up a full tutorial smile
