Is the Rate of Fire for the flashes in Rounds per minute or Rounds per Second. I have tried messing around with it, but I need the effect to match the sound files I have.

im pretty sure its per second

when you have guns that do over 30 a second it would be pointless to do by the minute wouldn't it?

(correct me if im wrong)

The rate is the percentage change per frame you have of seeing the effect.

1% = 1 in 100 frames (approx)
50% = 50 in 100 frames (approx)
100% = every frame
