Hello, I have been trying for over 2 weeks now to get the AlamDV3 upgrade (From AlamDV2), but the system keeps asking me for a voucher code that I never got. When I try to have it resent to me, it wants my OLD e-mail address and zip from way back when.

I no longer have access to that address, so I cannot get the code. Somewhere I saw that we only had until the 30th of this month to get the upgrade, but I can't seem to do it! Any ideas?

I e-mailed several addresses from the Contact Us page, but the only reply I got was from a fellow named, "Simon Jones," and he said to send my current info and he would update it, but when I try I still get a mismatch for my information.

What I'm worried about now is I think I have all of 1 day left, and with the system logging all these attempts to get the voucher key, I'm afraid if I try it again my account will be locked or something.

30th of June, NOT may.

Simon Jones = Tarn and he is a staff member of FXhome. simon.jones@fxhome.com

He wants your details so he can validate you are who you say you are so he can update your email address and send you the voucher.

Have a look in your inbox, I've resent all your details. If you don't receive that email please reply below.

malone,

Thanks for attempting to get this solved. The only e-mail I got from fxhome.com today was the e-mail notification from the forums that there was a reply to my message, and that had to be removed from Yahoo's BULK/SPAM folder. I suppose it's possible Yahoo is treating it as SPAM (You gotta love SPAM filters).

Could you please resend the information once more and we'll see if it makes it through this time? I appreciate it. Sorry I didn't know who Tarn was...I've used the AlamDV2 product without any real issues for so long that I never thought to come on the forums.

As it stands a few colleagues and I were trying to decide if the FXHome staff was who made the, "Bud Chiposwki Home Defense" video. Anyway, thanks again for the information, and at least I know I have time to get this resolved.

Okay,

I figured out what happened. My current e-mail address registered with the system is a Yahoo address. Prior to that the system was ending my messages to another address, while the e-mail I used to register AlamDV2 was yet another address.

I listed my 2 old addresses in the e-mail, along with my current information. I just contacted my old ISP and they were able to retrieve several e-mails sent to my old address in the last week. In there was an e-mail from FXHome, which was sent on the 26th.

Unfortunately as this is not a current e-mail address I don't have access to it, and thus once I got the new message forwarded it said the link expired (good for 2 days only). So apparently I need Tarn to check my original e-mail for the bottom-most data/e-mail address.

If there are any questions as to my information (For security reasons) I have the original e-mail with my AlamDV2 registration information available. So Tarn, I am using the Yahoo address listed in the bottom of the e-mail (The address it was sent from). Thanks!

malone,

Because of earlier, my old ISP is forwarding my e-mail for a week. I just got a forwarded message from you with what I need. Hopefully once this is set the system will my current e-mail address though. Thanks for resending.

Okay,

Thanks to those at FXHome that helped me out...I finally got what I needed and purchased my upgrade and have all the files. I guess I better start paying more attention to these forums. Take care!
