New versions of the Mac and PC installers are now available that resolve a few issues. Click here
to read the full change log.
All EffectsLab users should head over to the downloads page
to make sure they're up-to-date.
If you had problems with the previous version of EffectsLab under Windows then please uninstall EffectsLab and delete the following folders before installing this new version.
C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\EffectsLab
C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Local Settings\Temp\EffectsLab Cache
Please note these folders might be called something different if your OS language is not English and that the "Local Settings" and "Application Data" folders might be hidden by your OS.

EffectsLabs Works great, the particle system is awesome, keep up the good work!
By the way, since this is the preview release, any idea when the other features will come available.
Keep up the good work guys!

The current rule is "no dates" so big updates come as a surprise and also to relieve the stresses placed upon the team. Though I'm sure you'll have read if you searched on these forums that the preset system is the next release.

I just installed 868, but unfortunately I am not as satisfied as others. I continue to get the script errors upon the second time I start the program. I uninstalled, 866 and deleted the folders as required, but ...still the errors continue.

Cool. One thing I would like to see in a future update is maybe a core feather randomizer if it can be done.
You're the best.

We've been doing a lot of testing with Spidey and Iago - these 2 users have taken time helping us with some horrible errors under Windows with certain languages installed. FXhome are very thankful for their help.
After a lot of pain (and some Malone magic) we've managed to fix the error. It could account for many of the errors which only a few people are having. An updated installer (build 869) will follow as soon as possible.

Well this is REALLY old news (May 2005) but you can always download the latest updates from the following link if you are logged in:http://fxhome.com/users/user_management/myprograms/myprograms.php
Demos can be found on the programs respective "demos and downloads" page (neat, huh?)

If you own it, you have to register it here:http://fxhome.com/users/user_management/product_registration/productreg.php
You should have received this information if you payed for the program. Once you activate it, you can download the newest version in the link Digerati Media provided.
