Hmm, from now on I need to let know that I like credit for sparing the webspace that I pay for monthly.
Anyways, nice test, the stock footage blends in well and it looks really cool. People need to consider using more stock footage than digitally created effects sometimes, it just looks so realistic.

THANKS TO SERPENT FOR HOSTING THIS MOVIE ON HIS WEBSITE. WITHOUT HIM IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SHOWN!!!
Racekid-No I am not German. I'm a 1/4 German I think. I just thought a company title in a different language would be kool.

Can anyone tell me if it possible to extend a clip or loop to add time to stock footage? I have a 5 sec clip i dl the other day (smoke) but need it to be 20 sec long.. Is this possible? And i also noticed that Detonation film is every clip i Dl, first 3 sec or so. I cut that part out in my timeline...
Any feedback would be great.

Personally (no offense at all intended) I don't think tests need a title sequence for the productions and a credits roll (only exception is to credit music/stock footage). But the test looked very good. Since it's a test, I give it a 3/5 (what I really mean is a 4/5, but you know, it's a test.

Nice test, but I agree with Lithium that tests shouldn't have titles or credits. To take it a step further I don't think they should be in the cinema, but that's me. Nice work though it looked nice.

Very good looking. Like Serpent said, stock footage always looks more realistic to me. Small tip, maybe, take out the titles, just put in the studio title, and, at the end, put, made with effects lab dv, thanks to fxhome.com or something.

I saw this test clip last year and I always liked it. I had to see it again today. You did a very nice job and because of you I found detonation films stock footage. What kinda of video editior are you using? I found that working with the stock footage is a lot easier than creating the digital effects. Have you made anything else like this?

At that time I was using Vegas, but now I use Final Cut. I really would like to do more stuff like this but don't really have the time
I hope to get something done sometime soon though!
