Hmmmm... Beebob, bop bob pee pop!?
Im editing a movie right now but its just a short movie, nothing special, that we recorded yesterday cuz we didint have anything to do.
Then on thursday we are going (try) to make a Medievil style trailer, and continue on our "bigger" projekt.
I think that trailer can be very cool! my friend knows a Chinese guy that acully speek chinese (swedish too of course) and he can do all kind of martial arts
but hes not so old, 3 or 4 years younger then us, but i guess that chinese guys are short anyways
We also have bowes, so were going to try some Lord of the ring effects.

I stand with Mecha on this one.
Some of the muzzle flashes could use some work, and the squibs might have looked better had the shirt been taped down t the actor.
You did a god job sollthar, but you've done better. This one just didn't pull me in...

Truly? I think it's a slight turn higher than Metal Gear Redux just from the camera and editing... (er at least at the same level.. you truly think there's a difference of 2 stars on our movies?) But that's just me... :)
But you're right, that was the first movie I added muzzleflashes... Could be much improved.

I'm not comparing this to MGR, I'm comparing it to something like "the test".
And without trying to sound arrogant, I do think MGR is a slight step higher, because of the 3d jet scene at the beginning and the compositing at the end.
But, as I already said, MGR was our best work yet.
You DO have good stuff, much of it better than this.

Yeah! You're right. That jet scene was really cool! Totally awesome! :)
And your costumes for the new one look cool too. I'm sure you're going to be rocking the cinema with that! :)
(In that case, never mind. I just thought, because I try that all my votes have somekind of connection to each other...But I see, you compare within the work of a certain user... that's a way too) :))

Good effects - but the editing's a bit dodgy. Lots of close shots of cyborgs running and shooting but nothing to show where they are in relation to each other, whether they can see each other, etc. 90% of the shots never hit anything, perhaps because many of the muzzle flashes occur when the cyborgs are running around with their guns pointing only vaguely in the right direction. Good squibs though, and an interesting location - shame we don't get to see much of it.
I'm afraid I'm biased towards early Woo (every bullet counts) rather than Lethal Weapon (they frequently empty a machine-gun without hitting anyone). Quality over quantity :)

This is a very good shoot out, some of the explosions were great (was the one where you made that large jump real? the one where you did the wide shot). However the one thing that I did have a problem with was that at the start you couldnt tell where they where in relation to eachother, it looked like they where just shooting at nothing. For that reason I gave it 3 stars, but still a great movie, and nice squib shots.

This movie is quiet gross, but totally asome! The only problem is that you don't know what people are shooting at...
