|UFF is a film that I have based on a friend of mine, with his permission of course. The story is about UFF and his imagination, thinking that he can do what he sees in the movies. But in the end his imagination gets the better of him. This is the story of a man who searched for an alternate world, where he could be...whatever he wanted to be.|Posted: Thu, 28th Jul 2005, 12:15pm

Excellent! Nice to see something fresh and original
How did you do the effects with the Super Hero Message Man
That was amazing!
Keep up the good work!

Nice effects. I know you listed it as a comedy, but the way Uff was portrayed, it came off as more creepy and disturbing. For Uff's sake, I hope that mental health care and strong anti-psychotics are free in England because he needs lots of both. ; )
4 of 5 stars for me.

Great movie, really captures the feeling.
Nice effects too.
Only the lip thing wasn't neccesary, I'm also wondering why you guys put this into the movie.
The end was very convincing only it would have had more power if the 'conclusion' wouldn't have come so fast.
Though it is a very fine movie and you guys have great potential. If I could rate I would certainly rate 5/5.

The lips were added as the real UFF does this in real life.

The conclusion also happens quickly as I only had a maximum of ten minutes for the duration of the film. Due to the rules and regulations of the film makers award I am entering it into.

You're a PRO already, this is as good as anything I'd see on TV, or as you say across the pond... "telie."
Good luck on the competition, I predict great things.
Only thing that wasn't throughly engaging was the ending. The resolve of things, wasn't especially strong. But the ending was still quite good, just not quite as excellent as the rest of the flick. I'm being super nit-picky as I'm trying to give some sort of constructive criticism.
I'm just blown away, you've got some real skill and talent.

This film was amazing. I loved the way you worked the volume, often times all watch a movie where the music is turned up too loud or vise versa and it dosnt match the audio, your use of the music was perfect. I loved the transitions.....do you have any other projects that we can see?

awesome short dude im very impressed. really sharp editing was all tight and easily the best film on here really inspired me to do one now. just a slight constructive criticism with the ending seemed a bit draw out, other than that it was all good. p.s how did you get the cartoon/max payne/sincity style sequence going on. looked sooo good. i just got after effects but not a clue how to use it i hope to try and get something like that any tips?? basically im after a how 2 guide, if you have enough time or a usefull website to help me out.... i will look out from more shorts soon.....
