Just forward the serial to your new address. If you don't already have it, you will have to email the FXHome team to get them to change the main email address that you put down for registering the product in their system. To get the program on there, it is in the downloads section. Afte all that, you should be set.

If you need to change your registered email address, email email@example.com
with your old email, new email and post/zip code.

Tarn, not knowing that that
email was the correct address to send a request for you to change your records, I sent an email to "User Support
" (firstname.lastname@example.org) instead of the email address you supplied. Will my message still get the response I am hoping for, or would it be wise to re-send my request to email@example.com
Sorry for any inconvenience.

That is good to hear. I have one or two more questions concerning specific details; I don't mean to take up too much of your time here. In my message I did not include my postal code or the current address that I would like to be changed.
The only details I included were my nickname here at the site, and the address I would prefer your records show. Would it be prudent for me to send another email with those details? Or perhaps I could directly private message them to you, and save the trouble of double writing/reading for both parties?
Thanks for your prompt response.

If you PM me the details it'd probably be quickest.
