If the movie was being hosted on free website which has bandwidth limits, maybe that has been exceeded and they're blocking anyone downloading it. If so, find a new host and update your movie settings. If Fxhome detects a link is down they usually send an email out, check your inbox

Does the link you have for the movie work? If you copy your link and put it into your browser, does anything happen? If not, this is a sign that the problem is occurring with your host. If the link is broken you can re-upload the movie, then go to your "Movie Management" page, and re-submit it with the new details (update the link basically).

Although, your best option, at the moment, is writing the FxHome Staff themselves to see what they know about this issue. You can contact them at:

1) team@fxhome.com

(Or)

2) support@fxhome.com

Support@fxhome.com is for user support, but team@fxhome.com has been used by many members, and has been suggested by the FxHome Team on several occasions, so you would most likely get a good response there as well. I hope this matter is settled for you soon.

I look forward to your movie.
Wizard.

If you edit your movie or file link then the movie will be removed from the archive whilst we review the changes. It'll go back up once it's been reapproved.
