Just a fun post to see what your favorite FX Home film of ALL TIME is. Post the name of the film and who created it.

Anyways, I'd say my favorite film on the site of all time would have to be "Remember" by ZukoVega. This film has inspired lots of my work. If I could pick another, I'd say "The Hit" by Bryce007 (even though it wasn't posted in the cinema).

Well there you go guys. Post away!

You do know people have this exact info listed in their profiles, right? Oh well.

I'd have to say "Ghost Soldiers" by MartinBrice (the best writing of anything on the site!), then "No!" by mmmprod, then "The Hit" by Bryce007 tied with "BRUK" by chuter. But my actual favorites are really the Odyssey, then the Friendship Trailer, then Found. Those movies rule all on here. But seriously, I think my new movie has potential.

I also vote for It's Coming by Waser, absolute perfection. It's one of the few movies I can watch over and over again and always be genuinely entertained. It has particularly special resonance as during our pre-episode 3 warm-up, we'd watched ep1, Clone Wars and ep2, and weren't in the mood at all. It was the night before ep3, and something simply wasn't right having finished ep2.

As coincidence would have it, Waser had released It's Coming that day. I'd stuck it on a DVD and taken it round to schwar's, where we were having the Star Wars film viewings. We put It's Coming on straight after ep2, and it was glorious. Got us all in the mood and really excited for ep3 far more than the films themselvese.

Brilliant stuff.

C'mon guys, you're makin me all blushing n' stuff!

well, I guess what I can do is post my top ten and explain why

1.TURICON - the legend of Sollthar
I love this movie, not just as an FXHome movie, but as a movie itself. So much that I even own a turicon shirt.

2. Ninja, Interrupted.
Hybrid's style is personified in this short, with hilarious results.

3. The Unwritten Rule Trilogy Part III: Ex
C'mon. This is better than It's Coming.

4. The Last Days
Litereally came THIS close to actually crying.

5. Art of the Saber
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that I indeed like this movie.

6. Muffy & Jebediah: Episode Two
Three words: BOB BOB BOB

7. Ultimate Utopia XXIII
As a die hard final fantasy gamer, this one pointed out all the sublte things about the game I never knew I hated.

8. Hannigan Road
Possibly the best ending to any movie ever. I've tried explaining the end to friends verbally, but I can never, because I start laughing too hard.

9. The Gradual Descent
An already hilarious movie is doused with Aculag's brand of ultra subtle humor (tom hanks, laugh at end)

10. Fingerman: First Blood
C'mon, this one is just a classic

Good idea ben, why didnt he just go to the profiles of every person on here instead of posting a thread?

haha Id have to say "Sortie" by Waser. Although there has never been a film on here that has really "consumed" me.

My top 10:

Turicon: I just loved the story and I didn't watch it until a bit later in my FXHome timeline, it is still a classic.

X3i Episode 2: I lover the show, it is fun to watch and is on my top 50 favorite TV shows of all time. Entertaining, great story, cool characters, and a great director. I chose Episode 2 because I have not update my list in a while, it is more of a placeholder for all X3i's since it is a series.

"The Test": There is only one thing to say: classic. This film showed every basic indie film visual effect you can accomplish at its best. It was one of my first FXHome films and it inspired me to get into this world of filmmaking and showed me what could be learned in the amateur post production area without too much of a budget.

DXM - The Making Of: I liked this because it helped explain a lot about compositing in a 3d world and helped me understand that better and it told me a bit about the camera I was about to buy. It is also the funniest movie on FXHome besides all of Wasers stuff.

BRUK: I liked the action, the idea, and all that jazz. It could have easily been better, but I just enjoyed it and felt the tension between the characters. I also loved the set and the acting.

DXM: I put this on here for obvious reasons. Enough said.

The Last Days: I thought this had a great story and was one of the first films on this site that brought in emotion and pulled it off. Very entertaining, though I couldn't watch it again, WWII isn't my thing.

K-Text: I put this on here for the awesomeness. It has a neat story, great acting, and a cool style. I love Aaron's work on everything him and I have become pretty good friends. His old demo reel is also one of my first FXHome films I ever watched, when he first submitted it and CSB-Digital.com was just in its first few months of being FXHome. I love this movie and I can't wait for more stuff from Aaron.

Sortie: I like this just as much as any other Waser film, but it is on my top 10 because it is longer and has more of a story. It, like X3i, is a placeholder for the rest of the Waser brand of film.

Toy Wars: Mmm, this is just a trailer, that is why it is at the bottom. I chose it becuase it is a cool concept and the trailer got me more pumped than any other FXHome film besides Sollthar's NightCast. That isn't there because after seeing more current stuff for NIghtCast, I will just wait for an updated trailer.

This films are not my top 10 at the moment, however I haven't update my list in a while. I will do it soon.

Apparently I can read minds! Like I know who's gonna post? This topic was just to see what everyone thinks of certain films. I enjoy reading peoples replies. It's ALL TIME FAVORITES (many films are no longer on FX Home).

If that's the case, add Neurosis, Cow Protector, and Adrenaline. There were a few others that I recall, but I can't think of their names or really what they were about. They were there when I wasn't yet a member and just checked CSB-Digital.com to see if Chromanator's "coming soon" tag would dissapear. Well, that obviously took a while. razz I also like Ghost Soldiers and Fool Skool. Then I liked a cople of Pooky's little short films. Oh gee, I also forgot Aculag's short films... There are so many enjoyable films here. Luckily this year I have 4 assignments that have a due date, so at least by November I'll have an Intel contest film ready.

Do you know mattio personally? And was the clip good after it was graded? And if you're in Texas, would you consider a production company merger project?

As in, my people and your people come somewhere between where we both are (say, Irving or Garland or something) and we make a movie together. Of course this would have to be well orchestrated, and I'd have to make sure you weren't a child molester or anything, but, judging from the clips mattio sent me, I'd say you aren't. PM me if you're interested, I liked the clip from the opening, and I think our groups (me and atom and you and mattio, apparently) could make something brilliant.

My favorite FXHome film is "Daywalker".

And Art of the saber, I'm sorry, but I don't know why he's 1. Okay, the there where some nice material arts in it. And the lightsabers where okay, and rotoscoping and stuff also. But some movies are just better then "Art of the Saber".

Well, that was about AotS

Here's my top 8

1.Daywalker
2.Ghost Soldiers
3.The Lego Clan - Part III
4.The Dangers of LSD
5.K-text
6."Biltema" Super-Glue!
7.DXM - The Making Of
8.Ascendance Titles

Wich you also can see on my profile wink

Oh my word, in your top favorites!? Thank you.

I really like 'The Wacky Three in "The Spooooky Ghost Visitor"'. It inspired my two short silent films that are up in the cinema
