Most film trailers are better than the actual films they're promoting, so here's a movie that cuts right to the chase. Oh yeah, it's got bears in it. And okay, okay, extra thanks to Serpent for hosting it!

Fantastic! Gets better and better throughout - spot-on action movie trailer spoof. The car chase bit in particular is instant classic: I'll be rewatching this one a fair few times!

I want to see more bear hunting!

I really don't like it when I host a film and don't even get credit. If you can edit your description it would be nice, I have to pay for this stuff and I offer free hosting for FXHome users, at least give me some cred.

Top quality. Like your other work it's brilliantly funny, I was laughing from "association of shrewsbury" onwards. You really have a flair for comedy, what sort of things are you inspired by?

One other question; why does a grown man have such an array of furry toys? razz

As already stated, this is pretty amusing. Slightly samey until the car chase at which point I exploded with laughter. Kudos also go to Serpent for hosting. razz

Awesome! It's all good. The music was 'Dragula' by Rob Zombie (the re-mixed version I think).

I would suggest, in the final movie, to do the voices kind of like "Kung Pow!" For example, the main bear killer, smile moves his lips constantly for a couple seconds, and you have a voice that says, "I'm coming to kill you!" or something. It's your movie, but movies that do that kind of cheesy-looking chinese-to-english translation when nobody speaks chinese to begin with, always make me laugh extra hard. It would be simple enough to do, and it would greatly excite me to see that I influenced someone's movie.

*laughing*

Thats one of the best/worst trailers i've ever seen. It was so amazingly stupid that I laughed so amazingly hard. On top of that, the trailer was serious about itself which made it even funnier.

I usually only give trailers 3s at the most, but i'll give this a 4, just cause it made me laugh so hard.

Given that it's a spoof trailer, I'm presuming that a full movie isn't intended?

However, with regards to film freak's suggested bad-kungfu-dubbing suggestion...while funny in some cases, I don't think it really fits the genre being spoofed here.

*BAM followed by the great chosen rock music.

If the movie reflects the trailer. This will be a Must-see for sure.

This has to be the funniest thing I've seen all week!

I made a short a while back called Night Of The Living Teddy Bears. This was pre alamDV of course. You have inspired me to make a sequel, making it more action oriented and using the now available FX.

I swear, this literally made me laugh out loud. Brilliant!

Kind of a cute and funny concept. I really liked the energy of this trailer, it was put together very well; all of the elements: the music, the shot composition, and the effects were very tight. Good luck with the final movie, I'm looking forward to it.

Some important information for you while you are still perhaps young enough to benefit from it.
Psychological studies have shown that individuals who take pleasure in inflicting harm on animals are more likely to do so to humans. This should not be confused with people who simply kill or harm animal for practical purposes (such as food, lab experiment, animal husbandry). One of the known warning signs of certain psychopathologies, including anti-social personality disorder, also known as psychopathic personality disorder, is a history of torturing pets and small animals, a behavior known as zoosadism. According to the New York Times, " the FBI has found that a history of cruelty to animals is one of the traits that regularly appears in its computer records of serial rapists and murderers, and the standard diagnostic and treatment manual for psychiatric and emotional disorders lists cruelty to animals a diagnostic criterion for conduct disorders. [1] "A survey of psychiatric patients who had repeatedly tortured dogs and cats found all of them had high levels of aggression toward people as well, including one patient who had murdered a young boy." [2]

I was just joking around, man. I understand you're an animal activist and all, and I certainly admire the concern and initiative you've taken in trying to help someone disturbed, but I think this is a little bonkers thinking I'm some animal harmer, or that I would ever do anything like that.

If you'd like to discuss this matter further, I'm certainly open to doing so on PM.

I just rewatched this and it brightened my day exponentially. I can't believe my 15 year old self only gave this a 4.

My 17 year old self definitely gives it a 5, and I now remember why this is Number 1 on my top movies.

Bravo on making something thats funny every single time you see it.

Beyond excellent. I have a friend who collects bears and I am emailing the movie to her now. She may come after you!

This is still one of my favourite movies on FXhome. So good it seems even hollywood movies are imitating it smile

I've also noticed he's now making comedy movies for the BBC in the same great style.

Heh, how true Serpent smile

Forgot how good this is....one of my earliest FXhome favorites. It would clean up in today's trailer competition for sure.
